No. The 3 angles in a triangle have to add up to be 180 degrees. Since just 2 of the angles add to 180 (97 + 83 = 180), that would mean that the third angle to the triangle would have to be 0 degrees; Which is impossible because 0 degrees is just a line with no vertex
