Cold is a comparative.

Compared to 100 degrees Fahrenheit then 10 degrees is cold. Compared to minus 100 degrees Fahrenheit it is not.

Remember that water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit

It will be cold but, there is a slight chance it will turn warm. 10 degrees on afternoons are reasonable in March (in Vancouver B.C) and may feel hot sometimes when you run around.

No. Water freezes at 0 degrees celsius, the ideal temperature for a fridge is 1.7 to 3.3 degrees celsius. 10 degrees is much warmer.
