That's a "matter of opinion" question. Some people would consider it fast, others wouldn't.

Modern winning times for the men's marathon are in the neighborhood of 2hours 10minutes.

That's 26 consecutive 5min20sec miles.

Whereas 10 miles an hour = only ten consecutive miles at a leisurely 6-minutes each.

So, to a modern winning marathoner, 10 mph is no big deal.

To me, it's %@$*&# incomprehensible.

Still a matter of opinion.
