No, Leviathan is a Biblical Sea Monster- probably a Whale. also the name of a troop Transport- later an Ocean Liner- originally named Vaterland ( German, natch) and operated as the Leviathan by the United States Lines in the Twenties and eventually laid-up in the early thirties owing to the Depression. There is a submarine ( enemy) in Atlantis called the Leviathan, there is no connection between the traditional Nemo and Atlantis plot lines- though Nemo ( in the novel) shows one of his captives relics of Atlantis while in diving suits.- it is a ghost city- no life.
