If your looking to litter train a rabbit, start by looking at where your rabbit is going to the toilet mainly. Put a litter tray in that place. If your rabbit it going to the toilet in a place you do not want it to, put vinegar there, and this should stop your rabbit messing where you dont want it to. If your rabbit still insists on not using it's litter tray, buy some cat litter and put it into the litter tray, this encourages the rabbit to wee there, as soon as your rabbit is weeing in it's litter tray, take away the cat litter. If your rabbit changes back to a place where you dont want it to wee, put the cat litter back. Keep doing this until your rabbit gets the hang of it!

Litter training a rabbit is actually quite easy!

You should start with each corner of the bunnies room covered with some newspaper. Bunnies are naturally extremely clean animals and will always use the same corner as a toilet area. Once they have chosen one, simply place the litter tray in that corner.

Add some paper pulp style litter (such as carefresh or megazorb) and a little hay (bunnies like to nibble as they use their litter trays). It is also a good idea to place some of the soiled newspaper in the tray to give bunny the idea! and also put some poo in the tray

You may have to start with 2 or 3 trays. Once your bunny is using it consistently you can reduce the number and move the trays to more convenient places. Once a rabbit is happy using a litter tray they will move with it. Some bunnies may decide they want their tray in incredibly strange places, like in a doorway... so you may have to convince the bunny to move it.

It is much easier to litter train a spayed or neutered rabbit (no territorial urine marking).

Addition

You have to get a cage and keep the rabbit in it for awhile. Like the person above rabbits are extremely clean animals. I have about 150 of them. So any ways you watch the rabbits and where it goes to the bathroom. After two days you take out the cage and put in a litter box and there you go.
