Lungs
The human being's largest organ is... the skin!
The lung
The villi on the inner surface.
The biggest organ is the skin. Not only does it have more surface area than any other organ, it weighs the most as well. Our skin accounts for about 15 percent of our total body weight. It has a surface area of 1.5-2.0 square meters, most of it is between 2-3 mm thick.
surface anatomy is the anatomy of the outside of an organ, such as the surface of the skin or surface of the heart, while regional anatomy takes the perspective of an entire area, such as in the thoracic region you would study the heart, lungs, aorta, and intercostal muscles just to name a few.
I believe its the alveoli in the lungs. These alveoli provide a large surface area for gaseous exchange.

They have a large surface area so there is enough area for heat radiation.
The name given to a large area of level land on the Earth's surface is a plateau. A plateau also typically is elevated above the surrounding area. Such areas are also sometimes called tablelands.

The skin is the largest by surface area.
because in many organisms like fish etc it is an organ for respiration the gills are supplied with capillaries so that the oxygen absorbed can diffuse into the blood it has large surface area so that more oxygen can be diffused in and more co2 can be removed
