On 1996 windstar book shows number 4 cylinder to be forward and right but removed head stamped one at this location?

I have never noticed any numbers stamped on those heads other than part numbers but it makes no difference because the heads are interchangable anyway. Keep in mind that when your book says "forward and right," it doesn't mean YOUR right, but the car's right side, in other words, passenger's side(your left as you are facing the car from the front). The number 4 cylinder is on the forward head, but toward the passenger's front corner. The cylinder's from YOUR left to right, while facing the car, on the rear head would be 1-3, and the front head are 4-6. If you are looking at a number that is in reality in the number 6 cylinder position, since the heads are interchangable, that would also be the number one, if the head were turned around and mounted on the rear bank.
