The Blue Book of Gun Values says that all of the JC Higgins (Sears brand) guns have no collector value, only shooter value. Also, the 583.22 is one of the ones that was recalled by Sears.

That is a Light-20 made in 1960. In excellent shape, over $1000. In 'shooter' condition, about $500.
The Higgins 101.1 was made by Savage as a Model 94. It's only value is as a shooter.
