I would say the basic rules are "Kick the ball into the goal (not your own). Do not use hands." I hope that there will be other answers by those who know the game in more detail. The basic rules is to score on the opposite team by kicking the ball in the other team's goal. You can not use your hands at all. YOu can use the rest of your body but not your hands.
