(1/6)^4 x 5/6 where 1/6 represents the 1, being rolled 4 times, and 5/6 represents the other dice being any number but 5. This equals 1/1555.2. That means 5 out of every 7776 rolls will end up with 4 ones. (or 1 out of 1555.2 rolls)
