Don't divide by 0.

-> its last digit is divisible by 2 (meaning it's even)

-> its digits add up to a multiple of 3 (can be repeated just like 9)

-> its last 2 digits are divisible by 4

-> it ends with 0 or 5

-> it's divisible by both 2 and 3

-> none that are useful

-> its last 3 digits are divisible by 8

-> its digits add up to a multiple of 9 (is repeatable: 783 -> 7+8+3=18 -> 1+8 =9)

-> its last digit is 0

Any real number can be divided by any other real number, other than zero, and the result will be a real number. Perhaps the only rule is, don't divide by zero.
