The answer is unanswerable. If you want to multiplied to get 30, but added to get the smallest number, then you will want to square root the number. Lets talk about simple ones first. 16 for example. If you square root of 16, then you get 4 and if you plus two 4s, then you will get 8. That is the smallest number you can ever get. If you square root of 30 and times it by 2, then you will get 10.9544511501. That is the smallest number you can ever get.
