all that happens is, it will run like crap. u will have ruff operation, backfiring and severe lack of power
Assuming you mean can a 8 cylinder run on 6, yes it could but poorly.
Generally 1 or more cylinders won't fire. This could mean that the vehicle won't start, it could also make the vehicle act underpowered and vibrate.
hydroplane
That could certainly happen.
You could lose control of the vehicle and have an accident.
It could have 4, 6 or 8 cylinders.
WHAT HAPPEN IF A POLICE CONFISCATED A VEHICLE AND USED THE VEHICLE AS HIS/HER ON PERSONAL VEHICL If you could prove it (such as video or admitting it on audio) he could be prosecuted, THAT IS ILLEGAL hands down. If you were arrested then it goes to a tow yard or salvage yard for at least 30 days (in FL that i know of - and your vehicle literally cannot be touched). After that the tow or salvage yard that has the vehicle is allowed to sell/scrap it. At which time the officer can technically purchase it legally. But is highly unlikely to happen - let me know what happens rickemersonjr@hotmail.com
Could be plugs and wires (spark plugs) I had a mis-fire (only 3 cylinders running) and I replaced my spark plugs and wires, and it worked. I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SE. Cheers!
Yes. Damage could still happen to the vehicle and the loan company or bank will require full coverage.
They will probably run a "carfax" or similar title search on the vehicle prior to insuring it. If they don't ask you the question, "Is this a salvage vehicle?" you don't have to volunteer the information. If something were to happen to the vehicle and it became a total loss you could face fraud charges if you claimed more than you paid for the vehicle in an insurance claim.
You could have the 2.0 liter - 4 cylinder engine which has ( 4 ) cylinders , or the 2.5 liter V6 engine which has ( 6 ) cylinders
If you kept the repossessed vehicle, the lender could reposses it again and sell it. If this was just a contract to repay the debt, they could sue for money damages just like it was a promissory note.
