You should learn to make your question clear to someone who doesn't know what you are doing. And why 895 of all numbers? If I guess what you want correctly, first you should factorize 895 = 5 * 179.. a number is divisible by 2 * 5 * 179 if and only if it is divisible by 10 and 179 separately, because 10 and 179 have no common factor. You should know the divisibility rules for 10 already. For 179, there isn't a simple test.

How can you determine whether one number is a factor of another?

Divide the smaller into the larger. If the quotient is an integer, the smaller is a factor of the larger.

What are reasons of using the disivility rules?

You can always check on the divisibility of a number by dividing it into another number. But if you know the divisibility rules, you can get that information easier and faster.

How divisibility rules can help you find common factors?

Divisibility rules help you find the factors of a number. Once you've found the factors for two or more numbers, you can find what they have in common. Take 231 and 321. If you know the divisibility rules, you know that they are both divisible by 3, so 3 is a common factor.

Explain how to find all the factor pairs of40?

From the rules of divisibility, we know that 40 is divisible by 1, 2, 4 and 5. Divide those numbers into 40 to get the rest. (40,1)(20,2)(10,4)(8,5)

What are the divisibility rules for 16 to 20?

Just doing the division is simpler, in most cases.

What is divisibility rules in math?

Its really easy all you have to do is divide without leaving a remainder

What is the divisibility rule for 21?

For any practical purpose, it is easier to simply divide, instead of looking for fancy divisibility rules. However, you can apply the divisibility rules for 3 and for 7. This works because (a) their product is 21, and (b) these numbers are relatively prime.

How can you determine whether one number is a factor of another?

Divide the smaller into the larger. If the quotient is an integer, the smaller is a factor of the larger.

What are the divisibility rules to determine if 634 is divisible by 2?

Any even number is divisible by 2.

What divisibility rules were combined to make the divisibility rule of 36?

The divisibility rules of 4 and 9 are combined to make the divisibility rule of 36.

How can knowing the divisibility rules help to determine if a number is prime or composite?

Knowing the divisibility rules will help you by being able to recognize if a number has factors (other than one and itself) which are covered by the rules. This will save actually having to start doing divisions.

What is the prime factorization of 225 using the divisibility rules?

With the common divisibility rules, you can quickly see that it is divisible by 5, and by 9 (3 x 3). If you divide 225 by each of these numbers, you should be able to get the remaining factors quickly, as well.

How is understanding factors help you write divisibility rules?

fractions help you write out divisibility rules because divisibility rules help with fractions . Glad I would help good bye
