Serum Creatinine is probably the most widely used measure of evaluating renal function. Creatinine is a non-protein waste product of creatine phosphate metabolism by skeletal muscle tissue. Creatinine production is continuous and is proportional to muscle mass. Some people may find they have a higher creatinine level on the routine test, so what does that mean? Is it severe?
A score of 52 means that the test taker scored HIGHER than 52 out of 100 people in the norm test group. This is well in the average range for test takers. Those that score 75+ are considered at the high range for this test (this means the taker scored HIGHER than 75+ out of 100 of the norm test group.) This test is a non-verbal intelligence test. All but about 1 in 200 people score between 60 and 140, and the standard tests don't do very well at measuring outside that range (it's debatable exactly what they're measuring inside that range, unless it's "ability to score highly on an IQ test").A zero is theoretically possible. I'm not sure what the upper limit is; probably around 200. That doesn't mean that people can't be smarter than that, it just means the test can't measure it.
Creatinine clearance test. This test evaluates how efficiently the kidneys clear a substance called creatinine from the blood.
creatinine, urea, electrolytes it is a blood test to measure kidney function
There is no need to fast for a bun and creatinine test.

Creatinine test. This test measures blood levels of creatinine, a by-product of muscle energy metabolism that, similar to urea, is filtered from the blood by the kidneys and excreted into the urine.
The creatinine test is used to diagnose impaired kidney function and to determine renal (kidney) damage.

The creatinine test requires a blood sample. It is recommended that the patient be fasting (nothing to eat or drink) for at least eight hours before the test.
The color tube u would use for the Creatinine test is GREEN...
It checks your kidney function
The initials UEG stand for various substances found in the blood during a blood test. UEG means urea, creatinine, electrolytes and glucose.
