To be considered a triangle, this particular polygon needs to have not only three sides, but three angles that add up to 180o. No matter the length of all three sides of the triangle, as long as all three angles add up to 180o, no more, no less, than the figure is considered a triangle. Be advised however, their will be specific times where a triangle can add up to more than 180o. If a triangle is placed on a 2D surface such as a paper or when looking at a screen, than no matter what, the angles will add to equal 180o as stated before. The special case though, is when a triangle is placed on a 3D surface. Imagine you are traveling from California and you go straight across the United States to Virginia. Once you are finished in Virgina, you make a complete 90o turn and head north. You travel all the way up the world and end in the North Pole. No matter where you start from, if you go straight north, you will always reach the most Northern point of the World. Now, since you feel that you no longer want to freeze in such a desolate region, you deside to head straight back to California where you started. Once you reach California, you realized if you were to go back to Virginia you would need to make another 90o turn once in California. You have just traveled in a triangular shape from where you started. During travel 2 90o angles were formed along with the angle made at the north pole. This is obviously over 180o even though the triangle was still made. This example is just one of the special times where a triangle will add up to more than 180o. As long as the triangle is placed on a 2D surface, the figure will proceed to have angles that equal up to 180o.

Can a horse pen be an acute right triangle?

NO, because and acute triangle is less than 90 degree and if u want a horse to fit u need a triangle bigger than 90 degree so u need an obtuse triangle instead of a acute triangle

Is a triangle a Acute Angle Obtuse Angle Right Angle?

A triangle is not an angle. A triangle is made of three angles. -- All three of them can be acute, but they don't need to be. -- One of them can be obtuse but doesn't need to be. -- One of them can be a right angle but doesn't need to be. -- If any angle in the triangle is right or obtuse, then the other two need to be acute.

Not normally but if it has angles of 90, 45 and 45 degrees it is then both a right angle and an isosceles triangle

-- No right triangle, acute triangle, or equilateral triangle has an obtuse angle in it. -- If a triangle has an obtuse angle in it, then it's called an obtuse triangle. -- No triangle can have more than one obtuse angle in it .
