Will a long distance relationship work if you are A Virgo and your boyfriend is a Aries?

I wouldn't believe in any of that crap. Extra emphasis on the crap part. Ive seen plenty of couples whove been together almost their entire life and they are different signs. Remember if you do choose to believe in that balony than look at it as a guide. You cant let a little section in the paper tell you how to live your life. None of it is proven or factual its a guide to understand the different types of people in the world,. So absolutely it will work out! don't let symbols control your life

Who can get Tubal Ligation?

Techincally any woman can. Usually its only women whove decided they no longer want to have children, who feel their family is complete. Many woman regret their decision later, either because they meet a new partner and want to have a baby with their new husband or a child dies, or just because the maternal thing clicks in and they want another baby. I had my tubal ligation after my last baby was born 18 months ago. I didnt really want it but felt after 5 c-sections it was my safest route, I also felt pressured from the surgeon who performed my c-section.

Why do some many people consider it creepy for older guys to date younger girls?

Because then it seems that the older man is taking advantage of the younger female. The girl may not have as much education or is aware as much as the older man is. ANWER: Im a guy and i think it's a complete cop out when they do. Girls who are my age(16) seem to want to date 18 year oldz because theyre older and theyre legal and all this crap but in truth ive known girls whove dated older guys and have almost been or have been raped. I'm not saying all 18 year old guyz should be put in one box, i just think that if ur and 18 year old guy and u cant get a girl ur own age and u hav to get a 16 or 15 year old u are one loser .piece of crap. stick to ur own age and experience, dont rush it.

If ignorance is lack of knowledge what is the difference between ignorance and innocence?

Innocence is a state that can invite opportunities for learning!.Ignorance is a state brought about by the lack of desire to learn!.Therefore, we cannot deem an innocent person as ignorant, nor affirm the statement in another way!. They are two completely different things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com-----------I would like to add that the info above this i cant completely agree with. I have seen some innocent children with some ignorant parents almost raised to be ignorant. It could be a mental problem, it could be some event that went down who knows. Lets say for example some very religious parties raise their children to be very innocent at times. Their beliefs could be some misinterpretation of an old scripture or something we don't know. But if you've met these ppl they will be ignorant and mean towards people who do not accept their beliefs. After you grow up i believe you are no longer as innocent i know of tons of people whove lost all innocence. But they arent ignorant. As well as the other way around. So basically i don't believe these two words are polar opposites or even just opposites.

Do kids who have friends over when a mother has to come home early from the hospital because they are out of control which does not allow her to get her rest love her?

I don't think it has much to do with love at all. Kids are totally selfish and hedonistic, and for the most part they want to get away with whatever they can get away with. First question is, who is looking after the kids while mom is in hospital and why are they letting them get "out of control"? Second, mom coming out of hospital early has not changed anything has it? So she might as well be back in the hospital where she needs to be,. They have their friends over and don't let mother rest eh? So who lets them in? Well, that was a mistake, so you can just kick them out again, and if they complain, well you can just kick them all outside and they can go over to their friends house. You have done a lot of damage by NOT laying the law down and now might be a good time for you to draw a line in the sand and say enough is enough, and come what may they are going to live like respectable human beings. I don't know who you are and I don't know your circumstances. You might be a 90 year old grandma, but I've known a few of those whove been plenty tough enough and stared down death enough to deal with a few hooligans. You might be a dad who has let mom do too much of the parenting. You might be a big brother because there is no dad. But whoever you are, you exist because you wrote this apparently in desperation. It's time for the desperation to stop and it's time for a new sheriff to come to town and if the outlaws don't like it you can call Child Services and tell them you can't deal with them, and I'm sure they would take them off your hands. See how they like them apples. Your alternative is as horrible as it is impossible. Whoever you are, you need to take charge of the situatio and work to change it...your everyone's sake.

Do you have to admit guilt before being paroled from prison even if you maintain that you were always innocent?

No you do not have to admit your guilt to the crime parole is determined by the courts when youre convicted whether innocent or guilty in the US you can have a sentence that excludes parole forever, it's called life without parole and you either are or aren't guilty but that is what you can be sentenced to.Parole isnt ADDED on as many ppl think after an admission of guilt in order to be released from prison it's determined at your sentencing when you're in front of the judge at the end of the trial or the hearing if you waive the grand jury.In many cases in NY States jurisdiction there is a term of life without parole because we no longer have the death penalty here.It was done away with when the FIRST Governor Cuomo was in office.Several states still have the death penalty and thats why ppl get put to death as opposed to "maxing out" onto parole because their state feels they're too much of a threat to society to ever be released. Parole board in new york is different than some other states in that they review your case and are still using "the nature of the crime" against many prisoners, however the present Govenor Cuomo(Andrew Cuomo) has in the works something called the Safe Parole Act 259-i...this piece of legislation if passd will change all the rules for parole statewide. It states that if a candidate is refused parole it cannot be on he nature of their crime which in many cases is a decades ol conviction but that the person MUST be given a "laundry list" of sorts. Its a list of things they must comply with in order to become "parole ready" and if they complete that list of things which include anger management classes and often times drug and alcohol treatment then they can go back to parole board to get re-reviewed before their next assessment. This way the candidate wont wait 2yrs to reviewed if they've allready complied and their crime can't keep being used against them. The purpose of this legislation is to do what corrections is supposed to do>rehabilatate the offender, not merely "warehouse them" for 2 yrs every time they get denied. It prevents the candidate from spending yrs incarcerated by the fact that they've priven theyve done the necessary things to be considered for reentry into society. Parole, at least in NYS, answers to noone and operates independently form the dept of corrections and recenty underwent a merger and became the dept of corrections and community in order to help further the progression of hopefully moving ppl out of prisons and back into society instead of keeping them there way beyond the time necessary, because as it stands now>there are ppl whove done the programs suggested nd theye done them several times over and are still beign told the nature of ntheir crime is whats preventing hem from being paroled. The nature of their crime will never change bujt the rehabilitation aspect of incarceration is whats supposedto determine the level of reentry ....not the crime of a person from in some cases over 20yrs prior. Parole is differnt in every state and it also depends on the classificaton of the offense such as level one or level two or predicated when it comes to sex offenders or levels of felonies such as murder 1 or murder 2nd degree. In NYS i can say that things are changing with how parole operated since this govenor has been in office but there is resisttance from the prisons, there is currently an appeal about parole in albany right now that questions the usage of the TAP and the COMPASS .These are the tools implemented by the govenor to determine the eligibility for release through the rehabilitative programs, its like academic advisement in colleges.Classes, drug counseling, job skills, holding a job within the prison ,are all examples of parts of the TAP and COMPASS tools that are new to this system. The appeal was filed agaisnt the state for a refusal to use the tools the prisoner was made too comply with for his benefit,he completed the requirements and has complied and theyrefused him on the nature of his crime from many yrs ago even though hes never had a disciplinary problem in all those years. This is illegal and is being brought before Albany and then to the Supreme Court to get it overturned, and if it does then the programs have to be recognized. they are supposed to be used but they aren't because parole is finding ways to get around this. Parole in nys hopefully will influence how other states run their parole system, because the purpose of incarceration is to rehabilitate not for retribution for decades after a person has proven to the state that they have made a better person of themselves and become a viable part of the community.

How do you beat Parrot Port on poptropica?

Parrot Port is the island directly right (3 o'clock position) from Fort Ridley. You do not normally buy cargoes there because nothing is relatively cheap. You can sell any salvage, however, and Medicine bought at Bouffant Bay (just up from there) is sold here at a premium. The "navigator" is in Petey's Pirate Pub. If you can afford her, she can increase your ship's sailing speed by 2 knots or more. There is also a cracker at upper left that is used to get the island's piece of the Treasure Map.To get the map piece :Get the cracker from Petey's Pub and go to the Trading Post where the parrot is sitting. The parrot will say "Squaawk! Jump in the sea, then come and find me." (go into the water by your ship, and swim ashore)When you return, he is on the left upper window of the Trading post. Now he will say "Squaawk! Clog the vent, then see where I went."Jump atop the ash screen on the chimney of Petey's Pub, to partly stop the smoke. Now the parrot is on a palm tree at far right, and will direct you to see its owner, a pirate atop the tall tower near the dock, saying "Squaawk! To the old tower go, and find a pirate I know."Go to see the pirate, who will ask you to retrieve his parrot. Return to the rooftop of the Trading Post, and lure the parrot down with the cracker. Lead him to the tower and receive the map piece from his owner.Once you leave the island, the pirate and parrot disappear.
