Many fractions can be simplified to 2/3. If you multiply the top and bottom (numerator and denominator) by the same number, you will get a number than simplifies to 2/3.

For example, 4/6 simplifies to 2/3. 2x2=4, 3x2=6. By multiplying the numerator and denominator both by two, you receive a fraction with larger terms that is still equivalent.

The same applies to all fractions.
