An "integer" is a whole number. The smallest possible whole number is 1 .

Can you see that 0.028 is nowhere near 1, and whatever you do to it, it'll

never come anywhere near 1 ? 35 people could line up and each one of

them could hand you 0.028, you still wouldn't have enough to make 1 .

So how can you expect to wave a magic wand and turn 0.028 into a whole

number ? There's just no way.
