13, as in 1300 hours? That's 1 pm on the 24 hour clock (easy conversion, if the time is larger than 1200, subtract 1200 to get the time equivalent on the 12 hour clock)
I am assuming that you mean "how do you change the time from a 24 hour clock to a twelve hour clock." Just subtract 1200 hours from any time over 1200H. 0000H is midnight. 0100H is 1:00 am etc. up to noon. 1200H is Noon. 1300H is 1:00 pm (ie 1300 - 1200 = 100 = 1:00 pm). 1600H would be 4:00 pm (1600 - 1200 = 400 = 4:00 pm). 2200H is 10:00 pm (2200 - 1200 = 1000 = 10:00 pm).
12 Hours and 12 minutes rounded to the nearest hour is 12 hours.
It is 9:52 PM. Here's how:For military time, the left two digits are the hour, and the right two digits are the minutes. It is based on a 24 hour clock, so hour 0000 represents midnight and anything 0001 - 0059 is 12:01 AM to 12:59 AM. The hours 01 through 11 will convert to the same time (AM). At 1200 is noon, so 1201 - 1259 is 12:01 PM - 12:59 PM. After that, you must subtract 12 from the hour number, to get the hour on a 12 hour clock (and it will be PM). So 1 hour after noon is 1:00 PM, but the equivalent military time is 1300.So 21 is greater than 12, so subtract 12: 21 - 12 = 9. Since it's greater than 12, it's PM. The minutes are still the same, so 9:52 PM.
It is 2 o'clock in the afternoon (12 hour system). Or it is 14:00 hundred hours (24 hour system).
Noon would be 1200 hours or 12:00.

There is no such time as 12 pm. There is either 12 noon (= 1200 hours) or 12 midnight (= 0000 hours).
12*100ml = 1200 ml
24-hour time tells time as "hours since midnight," with midnight being 0 hour. 1400 (or 14:00), then, would be 14 hours since midnight. To translate a time later/bigger than 1200 into 12-hour time (times after 12 are PM), simply subtract 12 to make it p.m. In the case of 1400, that would be 2:00 p.m.
There is no such time as 1200 am: there is 12 noon and 12 midnight. The question cannot, therefore, be answered.
Strictly speaking, there is no 1200 PM. There's 12 noon and 12 midnight. 12 noon is 1200 hours.
In 24-hour time, it's "1500 hours". In 12-hour time, it's "3:00 PM".
Noon is 1200 hours. Midnight is 2400 hours. I've also seen 0000 hours for midnight.

It's a 24 hour clock, so no AM or PM. The first two digits are hours, second two are minutes. The day starts at midnight, which is 2400 of yesterday and 0000 of today. Everything after noon (or 12:59 PM to be precise), you just add 1200 to the time. From midnight to 1 AM the hour is 00 (i.e. you subtract 1200 from civilian time.)
300 miles per hour ==> 1 mile every 12 seconds
