12 Noon
I t is impossible to answer the question since there is no time such as 1200 am. It is either 1200 noon or 1200 midnight and, for obvious reasons, they will give different answers.
There are 1200/60 = exactly 20 hours
There are twenty hours in 1200 minutes. 1200 minutes divided by 60 minutes in an hour equals 20 hours.
0630 hours (military time) = 6:30 am in regular time
Noon
There is no such time as 12 pm. There is either 12 noon (= 1200 hours) or 12 midnight (= 0000 hours).
1200 to 2359
Usually, 2400 hours (some say 0000 hours).
Noon is 1200 hours. Midnight is 2400 hours. I've also seen 0000 hours for midnight.
1200 is Military jargon for Noon and 2400 hours is actually 12:00 am (midnight)
10:40pm 12:00 or 1200 hours (12 noon), plus 10 hours = 2200 or 2200 hours, plus 40 or 40 minutes. 2240 or 2240 hours = 10:40pm
9pm is 2100 hours Navy / Military time, which is based on a 24 hour clock system. 12am is 0000 hours, 1am is 0100, 12pm is 1200, 6pm is 1800 hours, etc.
It is 1515 hours.
The time 1144 EDT is equivalent to 11:44 AM Eastern Daylight Time. In military time, anything from 1200 to 2359 hours would be considered PM in standard time.
Military time in English speaking countries uses a day of 24 hours beginning at midnight - 2400 hours* - therefore 12 o'clock am (or midday) would be 1200 hours - 6am would be 0600 hours and 6pm, 1800 hours. * Some services use the 24 hour period beginning at 0000 or 0001 hours to 2359 hours not recognizing 2400 hours, thus technically, providing the serviceman with 1 or 2 minutes free time.
Military time uses a 24 hour clock with no repeated times. The hours are numbered 0100 through 2400, so for the first 12 hours of any day, military time will be the same as a conventional 12 hour clock. However, after 1200 (12:00PM) military time keeps counting up. 1300 (1:00PM), 1400 (2:00PM) and so on. So in this case 1800 would be 18 hours into the day, or 6:00PM.
