((3 over 4) multiplied by 2) over 3 = 0.5

I believe it is 1 and 19/24ths. I am not sure, but I will explain so you can check my math. First I found the common denominator, which is 24, then multiplied the top number by what I multiplied the bottom number by. For the 7/8 I multiplied by 3, which came out to be 21/24, and I multiplied the 11/12 by 2, which comes out to 22/24. If you add those up, you will get 43/24. Then, all you have to do is simplify.
