There is no sensible answer to this question. A square foot is a measure of area, with dimensions [L2]. A cubic foot is a measure of volume, with dimensions [L3]. Basic dimensional analysis teaches that you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions without additional information.

That would depend on how high that 650 square feet is. If the item is 650 square feet is one foot high, it is also 650 cubic feet. If the item is two feet high, you have doubled your cubic feet to 1300. You multiply the square footage by the height and you get cubic feet.

This question is nonsensical. You need to know more about the shape to answer this. Is 6000 cu ft a cube with sides of 18.1659'? Or a shape with 60 ft walls and a floor area of 100 sq ft?
