7.2 you know this because when you have a "7" you write it as a normal "7". two tenths you express like this: 2/10. when you see a ten in the bottom number, you just add a zero to the top and bottom number. This gives you 20/100 or in this case, that would be .20 but you can remove the zero because there is no point to it. so yeah!
