A very cost effective way to do this is to start with about three squares of toilet paper. Only a small amount of toilet paper is needed because the anal cavity is very small...smaller than the size of a dime in circumference. After you have defecated, you need to grasp the toilet paper (that should be folded into the size of one square) in the center of the square with the tips of your fingers. Then gradually and gently grip around the anal cavity, pinch and pull the feces into the center of the square. If there is alot of feces in the square, then just throw it into the toilet. Then get three more squares of toilet paper then fold them into one square again, and repeat process. Use your own judgment regarding when you can double dip. When there is barely any feces remaining after you have gripped, then you can take another folded three squares and cover one finger then insert into anus, and make a circle to clean the external sphincter.
