Well. The world record is 37.6 km (23.4 miles) per hour, and was set by Usain Bolt in 2009. If you are referring to the top speed of a manned aircraft, it would be the space shuttle, with the maximum speed of 27,900 km (17,320 miles) per hour.

Add. And the terminal velocity of a streamlined human in free fall, is about 120 mph or 190 km/h.
