∙ 12y agoFirst of all: don't pop it!!!! Use cleansers an astringents that have either salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide in them. A good cleanser or astringent can be found at your local drug store. Such as Clean and Clear, Neutrogena, or Olay. There are also many other similair genarics.
