The GCF of 9 and 25 is 1.

The factors of 9 are 1, 3, and 9

The factors of 25 are 1, 5, and 25

The GCF 9 of and 25 is 1

Factors of 9: 1 3 9

Factors of 25: 1 5 25

The GCF 9 of and 25 is 1

1

9 has no factors apart from 1, 3 and 9.

The G in GCF stands for greatest.

Greatest is a superlative and that means there can only be one, so you do not have "are" in the question.

Getting back to the question, 9 and 25 are coprime so GCF = 1.

What are the greatest common factors of 9 and 25?

Answer:The only common factor of 9 and 25 is 1.The greatest common factor of 9 and 25 is 1.Because 1 is the only common factor, the numbers are relatively prime.Definition: A factor is a divisor - a number that will evenly divide into another number. The common factors of two or more numbers are all the factors that the numbers have in common. The greatest common factor of two or more numbers is the largest factor that the numbers have in common. Methods:One way to determine the common factors and greatest common factor is to find all the factors of the numbers and compare them. The factors of 9 are 1, 3, and 9.The factors of 25 are 1, 5, and 25.The only common factor is 1. Therefore, the greatest common factor is 1, which means the numbers are relatively prime. The common factors and greatest common factor can also be calculated by identifying the common prime factors and multiplying them together to identify the greatest common factor, and then taking all the factors of it to determine the common factors. The prime factors of 9 are 3 and 3.The prime factors of 25 are 5 and 5.There are no prime factors in common, so the numbers are relatively prime, which means the greatest common factor is 1.

What is the gcf of 49 9?

GCF - Greatest Common Factor. The factors (integers that multiply to make) of 49 are 1 * 49, 7 * 7 Factors of 9 are 1 * 9, 3 * 3. Which factors do both numbers have in common? ... Just 1. This means the GCF of 49 & 9 is 1. IN fact, it's the ONLY common factor of 49 & 9, not just the greatest. Try this one on your own: GCF of 25 and 75. Hint: Factors of 25 -- 1, 25. 5, 5. What are the common factors and greatest common factor of 9?

There is neither a greatest common factor nor common factors of a single number, such as 9, because there cannot be any form of common factor without two or more numbers to compare. Common factors are factors that the numbers being compared have in common. The greatest common factor is the largest factor that all the numbers being compared have in common. Thus, since there are not two or more numbers to compare, there are neither common factors nor a greatest common factor. The factors of 9 are 1, 3, and 9. The prime factors of 9 are 3 and 3. Examples: The common factors of 9 and 24 are 1 and 3; the greatest common factor is 3. The common factors of 9 and 64 are only 1; the greatest common factor is 1. The common factors of 9 and 108 are 1, 3, and 9; the greatest common factor is 9.
