This has 10 factors which are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 and 512.

Update:

29 is a nice solution but by no means the lowest.

48 has factors 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24 and 48 and is a good deal lower.
