All conduit shall not have more than 360 degrees for it's length between either a box, cabinet, or conduit body. Couplings count as a continuation of conduit.

When bending a 12 inch offset using 30 degree bends what would the distance between the two bends?

Use these numbers when bending offsets: 10 degree bends, multiply the depth of the offset by 6 this will give you the distance between bends. For 20 degree multiply by 2.6, for 30 degree multiply by 2, for 45 degree multiply by 1.4, for 60 degree multiply by 1.2. I use 30 degree bends for all of my offsets, just because its easier to do the math. So your answer would be 24 inches between bends. I have come to the conclusion anybody can bend conduit, its the measuring and marking that requires skill.

What is the maximum range of cal 38 revolver?

Depends to some degree on the barrel length. A 4 inch revolver has a maximum range of about 1000 meters- however, the maximum EFFECTIVE range is about 50-60 meters. That is the range where a shooter can reliably hit the target.

2 inch pipe how much flow?

There are way too many variables to answer this.what's the head pressure?how long is the run?any 90 or 45 degree bends?what type pipe?Pipe has friction , the longer the run the more pressure that is needed to get the same flow, same with bends in the pipe or fittings. For swimming pools we normally figure we can flow 60 gpm with 2 inch pipe.but again there are things to consider.
