of Log, The business of felling trees, cutting them into logs, and transporting the logs to sawmills or to market.
In logarithm 1 means 10 to the power 0,10 means 10 to the power 1,100 means 10 to the power 2. 1000 means 10 to the power 3. 1000,0 means 10 to the power 4. 1000,00 means 10 to the power 5, 100,000 means 10 to the power 6. So very large numbers or very small numbers can be written by this method. If you have to write a number, say 1 fallowed by billion zeroes, instead of go onwritingbillion zeroes in front of 1, you can simply write 10 to the power 1 billion. Now you can come to small number. 0.1 means 10 raised to power minus 1. 0.01 means 10 raised to the power minus 2. 0.001 means 10 raised to the power minus 3. So for 10 raised to the power minus 1 billion you can write as 0.0000.......such billion minus one zero fallowed by 1. Soinsteadof this you would always prefer to write 10 to the power minus 1 billion. This will be extremely small number very near to zero. But 'not' zero. If you want to write negative small or large number, then you can put minus sign before the number. You can use 2 as a base instead of 10.
The meaning of this subscript is the base of a specific logarithm; example: log10, the usual logarithm with the base 10.
A log? As in a log that came from a tree, right? If the density of water was decreased enough, such that it is now lower than a log's density, then the log would no longer float, but sink.
It is a chemical change. A physical change to the log would be, for example, cutting the log in two. When it burns, it turns into CO2 and H2O, so it can't be turned back into a log.
A log is a mixture regardless of whether it is burning.
Because burning a log in a fireplace involves a chemical change and sawing a log in half only reguires a physical change.

the meaning of blog is an online diary;a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page; also called Weblog, Web log
That sounds very uninteresting! (Assuming you take 'log' to mean a large chunk of wood, perhaps 'log' has another meaning that I don't know.)
there is no difference differents words but same meaning like acclamated and get used to mean the same thing
One engaged in logging. See Log, v. i.
It is a log that merchant seaman use to log their discharges from ships so they are not found to have abandoned a ship illegally.
The total log ban, if passed, will ban all logging; all kinds of logging. Even legal logging will be banned if the total log ban is imposed in the Philippines.
