The opposite of the noun sin would be virtue, goodness, morality, or righteousness.

The opposite of the verb could be to sactify (free from sin)

---

There are two concepts for sin, the act of sin, which is its use as a verb. Then there is the state of sin, wherein one is separated from God by not doing his will, but their own will. The state of sin is its use as an adjective, describing ones state of being.

When referring to the state of sin, the opposite would be doing God's will. This is defined as worship. Therefore the opposite of sin is worship, likewise the opposite of worship is sin.

Many say that virtue and/or grace are the opposites for the act of sin. Others don't believe that sin exists as an act, but instead of a lack of doing God's will. This leaves that part of the answer up for debate.

Sanctify:

1. to make holy; set apart as sacred; consecrate. 2. to purify or free from sin: Sanctify your hearts. 3. to impart religious sanction to; render legitimate or binding: to sanctify a vow. 4. to entitle to reverence or respect. 5. to make productive of or conducive to spiritual blessing.

---

Since sin is "the transgression of the law" (I John 3:4), then the opposite would be the keeping of the Ten Commandments, which would be "righteousness."

("...for all thy Commandments are righteousness." Ps.119:172)
