Weird concept, but:

Atomic number of helium is 2, so its square root is √2.

√2 is an irrational number so only an approximate decimal expansion can be made: √2 ≈ 1.4142

Find the square root of the atomic number for manganese?

Taking the square root of an atomic number is not particularly useful. Anyway, you can look up the atomic number in a periodic table or some other reference material (searching Wikipedia for "manganese" should work well), and then use a calculator to take the square root.

Is the square root of a positive number an irrational number?

Sometimes the square root of a positive number can be irrational, as in the square root of 2 (which is a non-perfect square number), but sometimes it is a rational number, as in the square root of 25 (which is a perfect square number).

What is the square root of helium?

Square root is a mathematical function whose argument needs to be a mathematical quantity or expression. Since helium is neither a mathematical quantity nor an expression, the question makes no sense.

What is the square root of a negative number plus the square root of a negative number?

Nothing. You cannot have a square root of a negative number. The square root of negative one is called i, but i is an imaginary number. It does not exist and does not follow the properties of real numbers. (For example, if a and b are positive, then the square root of a times the square root of b is the square root of ab. But the square root of -7 is not the square root of 7 times i.)

What is the square root of a square that has no root?

It's not a square if it has no root. If a number is a square then, by definition, it MUST have a square root. If it did not it would not be a square.
