Depends on condition & whether all major parts have the same serial number stamped on it & when in 1943 it was produced. A poor example with non matching serial numbers can go for 300.00 or so. A pristine example with 98-100 % finish, matching serial numbers etc can go for 800.00 or more. A WW2 P38 holster can add 100-200 to the price.

What is the approximate value of a 1943 Walther manufactured P-38 pistol with all matching serial numbers and intact swastika and eagle emblems?
I assume it has the AC43 marking? Even though this is a very common P38, originality and condition are the key to value. If you can send digital photos from all angles, with closeups of all markings, we can pinpoint current resale value pretty closely. sales@countrygunsmith.net

Value of ANY firearm is dependent on EXACT make, model, condition, and originality. A wartime P-38 with the Nazi Waffenampt markings, in excellent condition, may be valued in the $1000 range. A poor specimen with damaged markings, wear, or (shudder) chrome plating may be worth $100-$200. You will need a hands on appraisal from someone that knows Nazi firearms. Sorry-
