The Vernal Equinox ( 21 March - Spring) and

The Autumn Equinox ( 31 September - 'Fall').

NB There are also two Solstices. They are

The Summer Solstice ( 21 JUne - Longest day and Shortest night in ther Northern Hemisphere )

The Winter Solstice ( 21 December - Shortest day and longest night in the northern hemisphere).
