It's not really possible to answer this question without knowing more about what you're comparing, but a very quick rough guess would be about $4200: the same pile of "dry goods" that cost you $4200 in 1863 would cost about $80000 today.

If you're trying to compare salaries, though, it's a very different answer. There was no income tax in 1863, and people in general made a LOT less money (and bought ... as opposed to growing or producing themselves ... less too), so the "prestige value" of an income of $80,000 per year today is roughly the same as that of an income of $350 per year in 1863.
