In a level 2 numeracy test 80 percent is equal to what grade in a GCSE maths exam?
It isn't a GCSE, its a lot simpler and not recognised much, but in my opinion a solid B or A.

Since exam grades are averaged together, this really depends on how many exams there have been in this class, what the scores on them were, and how many more there will be. If there has been only one exam so far (the one you made a 73.56% on), and if there is only one more exam to be taken, then you could barely scrape by with a score of 65% on the second exam. But also, some teachers and instructors count some exams as a higher percentage of the grade than others, which is another variable that makes it hard to give you a definitive answer.

I did my IGCSE Math in one year and I got an A*. So for the second year, people who got A and A* moved into the higher level math, where we did Pure Mathematics, or A/O math (also from Edexcel and is now part of the IGCSE - Pure Mathematics). Pure Mathematics is like basically the first year of IB Higher Level Mathematics, so we're kind of ahead.So I don't know for sure, but you do a Math exam when you enter IB and they put you in the level they think you fit in.But I think you either have to get an A or an A* in your IGCSE's. At least an A.
