Fahrenheit.
The official unit of temperature in the SI (the International System) is the Kelvin. However, in practice, and especially outside the scientific community, the degree Celsius (a.k.a. Centigrade) is often used.
Still 54 degrees if the 18 degree drop is inside!
Professions that do not use scientific notation are most anything outside the sciences.
18.48 degrees Celsius
32° F = Zero °C .
Endothermic is a scientific term for being "warm-blooded," where an animal is capable of generating and maintaining its own stable core temperature regardless what the outside temperature is.
They used a highly specialized scientific technique commonly known as 'going outside'
The prefix ecto- means outside or external. It is commonly used in scientific terms to denote something situated on the outer surface or beyond a structure.
Temperature and humidity are the measurements commonly used to assess the pleasantness of weather. These affect most how hot or cold it "feels" outside.

well...according to my scientific calculations the colder the ball is the harder it will be, this makes it difficult to travel far. Although, the outside temperature of the ball does not affect the inside temperature. This means looks can be decieving.
The standardized measurement of how hot or cold something is would be the temperature. This can be measured in several different units including degrees Fahrenheit, degrees Centigrade, or degrees Kelvin.
The outside temperature affects the body temperature because it the body temperature will try to regulate itself. For example, if the temperature outside is cold, the body will generate heat as much as possible to maintain a core temperature.
