to remove door panels you need to pop the platic trimm from round the window next there is a screw in the interior door handle that needs to be removed next pop out the courtesy light on the door trim. there are 1 or 2 screws behind that light that need removing, then disconect wiring from light then slide trim upwards towards top of door (about 1/4 maybe 1/2 an inch the trim can then be pulled away from the door careful when u do this as you will still have to lift trim a little higher to clear the door lock button

Remove all bolts from around the door trim. Some models have pop rivits and may take a pry tool to loosen these rivets as you remove the inside trim from the door. Door trim should slide upwards and is removed. If speakcers are attached to door trim, disconect wires. There are two bolts in the upper corner of inside of the door that secure the mirror. Remove them and be careful no to drop into the door frame. Make sure any power wires are detached by manipulating the cord until you can see the connection in an open hole in the mid/lower part of the door.
I just trim off the very end 1/8 inch and then half them before steaming.

You will need to go to your local Lincoln dealership and order a Rotunda Trim Kit 107-00401. Included will be a trim pad removing tool for prying the trim panel retaining clips from the door panels.
This job requires a rivet tool and 1/4 inch rivets. remove door trim panel. disconnect electrical connectors. remove the screws from the rear channel guide and remove the guide. support the window half way up. remove the 4 regulator screws with a quarter inch drill bit. slide the regulator out of the channel guides. remove the regulator. replace the new one into the channel guides. use your new rivets to secure it. plug in the electrical connector. replace and tighten the rear channel guides. replace door trim panel.

i figured it out you have to remove the still plates by the drivers seat on the floor, then you have to remove the rear seat and seat belts , then pry the trim off or interior panel starting by the side closest to the drivers door and work your way inward installation opposite of removal for the 3rd door rear remove the trim around the interior handle , then unscrew the 2 bolts in the cup holder and armrest then pry off the panel with a trim removal tool if you don't have a trim removal tool a flathead screwdriver works too but you have to be extra careful with the screwdriver so as not to damage or break the trim panel. installation reverse of removal.

you need a rivet tool and a new 1/4 inch rivets for this job. support window halfway down. remove door trim panel. drill out the for hold down pins ont the regulator. remove the rear guide channel. disconnect electrical connector. slide regulator off the guides and out the acess hole. replace new regulator. slide onto channels and rivet to door. plug in the electric connector. replace rear slide channel. install door trim.
