That kind of fraction is called an "improper" one, because there is something

about it that just does not look right to a lot of people. You can always get

rid of its impropriety though. If you know what you're doing, you can always

change it into either a mixed number or else a whole number, with exactly the

same value as the original ugly fraction had.
