∙ 13y ago(Square root of 4) minus 2 is exactly zero. If your calculator shows something different, then there is a small error in the calculator - that is quite common. But the result shown by the calculator should be fairly close to zero. this is not the right answer because the calculator is right .it always give a negative number
Not sure what calculator would give an estimate for square root of 4, but maybe there is. But remember this: there are two square roots of any number, so the square root of 4 is ±2. So +2 minus 2 is zero, but the other square root = -2, and -2 minus 2 = -4.
