Where is the cooling fan relay 1999 Mazda 626?

Right in front of the fuse box on the driver's side, are three identical relays ( about 1"x1"x1"). The center one is for the cooling fan. Kind of hard to get out, but try using a small screw driver between the metal clip and the back of the relay to press a tab which holds it in place. You'll probably need to pull the relay with channel locks. Then, separate the relay at the seams to disengage and replace with a new relay.

Where can i get a picture of under the hood of a 1984 Mazda b2000 sundowner?

I wish I could help with this, however my three manuals do not cover your model with a engine picture.I suggest first go to your local Mazda dealer and ask the service desk or parts counter if they would make a copy from the dealers maintenance book if available.Second is go to a site like cardomain and do a search on a model year, engine like yours I would bet someone has some pictures of it(stock or modified). That is my only recommendation.

But in four point starter NVR energized directly from DC supply thus the draw back of 3 point starter rectified
