If the concentrate is in a can, pour or scoop the contents of the can into a larger container. One way to figure this out is to put the object in a graduated cylinder containing water and measuring the changes in the volume of the water.

The displacement method is when you get a measuring cup or measuring cylinder and put enough water to where it will cover the ball and then measure the amount of water afterwards drop the balls in. See how much you end up with. Take how much you came out with then subtract the amount you begin with. The best unit of measure to use when measuring the amount of water in a drinking glass is ounces. A liquid measuring cup can be used to measure the ounces of water.

If you want to measure it's volume, place it in a measuring cylinder containing a certain amount of water, and measure the extra units to get the volume of the object
If you have a 1 ml measuring spoon.
Throw them all into a suitably sized measuring vessel marked with volumes and measure the amount of water they displace.
