no... a foot stone bruise is what you get when you walk around barefoot. it feels rough and lumpy.
My legs are long enough for me to take 1 mere in a single stride, So I would walk somewhere around 25 meters in 24 steps (unless you consider a step from when the right foot touches the ground until the right foot touches the ground again then it would be closer to 50 meters).
foot drop is caused by nerve damage & can be treated w/splints, & possibly surgery, but is a permanent otherwise.
