That answer would depend on the meaning of the red light, i.e. the label
next to it, or the message it's designed to convey when it illuminates.
The light should be reset after each oil change. It is programmed to come on every 7,500 miles. I surely would Not exceed that.

I think if anything it should probably done at 60K miles, which was the case of my Punto and also my current car (although not a Fiat). I would suggest getting it done as soon as you can, if it snaps you can wave bye bye to your engine!
