You might want to make sure you alternator is working.... Do this if the car will not restart after stalling.... If that's the case you might have a bad alternator...
AnswerCheck to make sure it isn't over heating. Some troubles have been found with radiator fans not coming on the Neons. Some have lost head gaskets because of overheating. Run engine at idle with hood open for until engine reaches op- temp and be sure the fan comes on.Also check that there isn't a code being set by the engine computer. Mine finally set the code which is a bad cam position sensor.
