A 100Hz TV has a faster refresh rate than e.g. a 60Hz or 50Hz. This means that the picture is updated more frequently and is therefore clearer. "a flat 100Hz": There are 2 types of "flat" TV's. One is the flat panel TV (e.g. an LCD or plasma) and it's only about 4-6" thick. The obvious advantage of that kind of TV is that you don't need a "place" for it, you can just hang it on your wall. The other kind is a normal TV, but with a flat screen. The advantage of a flat screen is that there is less chance of surrounding light interfering with the picture, i.e. the only light that is reflected off the screen is the light positioned directly in front of the TV. Now it's up to you to decide if the advantages are sufficient to invest in a new TV.
You could consider it would be, because of the strings, but I would call it an older version of the harp. In the guitar, strings are pressed down to change pitch.

A version tracker is used to track software releases. If one desires to use an older version of a software (for example, when compatibility issues arise), a version tracker is useful.

It is unsure why a person would require an older version of flash. If however they needed it they could check with the Adobe site to see if it listed older versions. It is generally not advisable to do so.
Downgrading software is virtually impossible. Usually companies produce newer versions of software - to improve it. This can be because they've found a 'bug' in the older version. Once a new version of the software is installed, you would need a copy of the older version (on disk or on a computer) - then you would need to remove the newer version from the phone - and re-install the older version. HOWEVER - there's no guarantee your phone would still work !... AND you would have to back-up all your contacts, music, pictures apps and other stuff you wanted to keep BEFORE you attempted to 'roll back' the software !
cats younger than about 6 months would perfer milk, but as they get older water would be the best because milk can be bad for their stomach

I would not recommend Trend anti Virus for an older computer. However, there are other options available. People have tried Avast Anti-virus home edition, which is at no cost to you. In my opinion this would be the best version for an older computer.
