7 hours per day x 11.2 days = 78.4 hours
It depends entirely on the policy of your company.
Make an estimate on how many hours you work a year, then divide. For example, assuming 260 work days (5 days a week, 365 days a year, holidays and vacations not included in estimate), and an 8-hour work day, you would work 2080 hours a year; your hourly wage would be about 28. However, if you include vacations and holidays, this amount will be somewhat larger, perhaps 5-10% larger.Make an estimate on how many hours you work a year, then divide. The number of paid days of leave you get, is something that will be stated in your contract. There is no set formula for the amount of days, as there are many factors that can affect it - like what country you are in, how many national holidays there are, how long you have been working on the job, what other benefits the company offers you, etc.
In an 8 hour 5 day a week job, there are 2010 hours. From this time, vacation, sick days, and paid holidays reduce the actual work hours considerably. Overtime does not add to the work hours scheduled.
