There is no answer to that question, as there are an infinite amount of possibilities without specifying something like the amount of decimal places. So if you were to say 1.9000000000000000000000000001, you could insert an infinite amount of zeros before the 1. Whereas were you to say what is the next number with 1 decimal place, then there is the answer 2.0 that can be given.

1.10 million ke bad kaun si sankhya aati hai

The next number after 1.9 is 2.0. When counting in decimal numbers, the next whole number after 1 is 2. In decimal notation, numbers increase by one in the whole number place before moving to the next whole number.

Oh, dude, the next number after 1.9 is 2. Like, it's just one more than 1.9. It's not rocket science, unless you're a rocket scientist, then maybe it is.

Well, darling, the next number after 1.9 is 2.0. It's not rocket science, honey. Just add a tenth to 1.9 and voila, you've got yourself a 2.
