∙ 12y agoWhile there is no law against it, it would be a very stupid thing to do. Any sexual contact, or even accusation of it, would result in criminal charges against the man.
well im in this situation rite now and he also has a daughter and i plan on running away from home to be with him...
Running away at 14 would make your parents report you as a runaway and he would be going to prison for harboring a runaway and statutory rape. His daughter will end up in foster care and you brought home by the police or into foster care or juvenile hall. Not quite worth it if you think about it.
